Who is the Talking Bridge?
Hi! My name is Daniel Nordström
I’m a bridge builder who connects various perspectives
and opens up dialogue around many topics.
People often describe me as a warm and memorable lecturer, knowledgeable and inspiring moderator, and engaging workshop leader.
As CEO and founder of Talking Bridge, I have extensive experience in evaluating, analyzing, compiling, presenting, and communicating.
Years of consulting experience, including at Gapminder, have given me an updated worldview that informs my way of seeing the world while also contributing to a humility about how much more there is to learn.
How I see the world at the moment.
Humanity finds itself at the beginning of its history, not at the end…
With that perspective in mind, an understanding is created for why we do so many foolish things.
We are not evil, we are young!
Just like a teenager who suddenly gets far too much money, humanity makes decisions based on
what we want here and now and doesn’t think much about the future.
We accelerate, believing we are immortal!
Slowly, however, we begin to understand that we have lived beyond our means and it will take a while to pay back.
Through a better understanding of where we are, we can begin to dream about what we want to be when We grow up.
